Announcing The Publisher Updates Log

In our ongoing effort to provide robust tools for our partners, we are excited to introduce the Publisher Updates Log, available from June 13, 2024. This new feature will enhance the transparency and accountability of profile management within the Avid Platform.

Key Highlights

Internal Record of Publisher Updates: Our system now maintains an internal record of all updates and edits made to publisher profiles and products. 

Accountability: This feature helps track who makes changes, such as price adjustments, date modifications, and data point alterations, thereby ensuring complete accountability.

Location and Access

The Publisher Updates Log can be accessed in the following locations:

Individual Partner Profiles Under the actions menu, select View Publisher Profile Log. This view is specific to the profile you are currently viewing.

Logged Data

Each update will include:

Date and Time of the change.

Update Description indicating what has been updated.

Updated By information, showcasing the user’s full name and email.

Partner Profile involved in the update.
